Daniele Pieracciani · Process and transparency
AI in my work.
The choices remain human.
I use tools to give ideas a form. A project’s value comes from intention, direction and care for the result.
01 · The process
From idea to result.
I may use AI tools for research, concept development and the production of text, images, audio and video, including in combination with live-action footage and traditional production methods. AI use depends on the needs of each project.
My contribution may include concept development, directing, preparing references, directing generations, selection, editing and review. The planned activities are described in the quotation or contract.
02 · The agreement
Clarity before we begin.
For each commission, the client and I define expected results, required materials, AI use, revisions and delivery arrangements. Terms covering data, usage rights and publication are set for the specific work.
Access to AI-generated content does not automatically imply exclusivity or rights over every element it contains. Images, music, voices and third-party materials require a review of the applicable rights and terms.
03 · People and materials
Every material has a context.
Before personal data or confidential materials are used in external AI services, the purposes, tools, permissions and appropriate safeguards must be defined. The project agreement does not replace data protection rules.
Creating or altering recognisable images and synthesising voices require specific attention to the rights of the people represented and the intended uses.
04 · The work
Distinguishing creation from reality.
The portfolio includes traditional, generative and hybrid productions. Notices alongside the work describe AI use in the identified content. Information about synthetic content must be retained in the form required by its context and applicable rules, including for creative works.
Fictional content does not necessarily document real people, places or events. A brand’s presence in a personal project does not imply a commercial collaboration.

Understand, try, review.
My training covers AI’s possibilities, limitations and responsibilities in relation to participants’ activities. The aim is to develop judgement and practical skills for work.
Training can contribute to an organisation’s AI literacy initiatives. Participation does not certify overall compliance with the AI Act.
